I need an experienced mold designer to create a production-ready injection mold for a thin-wall plastic container, based on my existing CAD model (STEP). The first prototype (built with Meusburger components) used one central ejector pin, which risks deforming the very thin bottom. I therefore want to redesign the mold with a stripper plate/ring ejection system and a hot-runner layout.
