I have a set of CAD drawings for a new residential home project (attached PDF for preview). I need a licensed designer or architect (AIBD or NCARB) to review these plans, iterate through any feedback to get them to a final state, and place their seal on the drawing set. A separate milestone would be to address feedback from the HOA related to their architectural committee updates requested to the plans.
