Requesting quotation for code compliant framing and concrete slab plans. See attached plan and photos. Property will be constructed in Texas, within City limits. City specific details will be provided privately for estimation purposes.
Some project specific details to note:
- 8" rafters throughout the home
- Ceiling height of 10' throughout the home, with the exception of the living area which is gabled, and also the garage we'd like to have a 12' ceiling.
- The area above the garage we'd like to be able to finish out as a storage area that will be accessed via stairwell in the room adjacent to the garage.
