Some project specific details to note:
- 8" rafters throughout the home
- Ceiling height of 10' throughout the home, with the exception of the living area which is gabled, and also the garage we'd like to have a 12' ceiling.
- The area above the garage we'd like to be able to finish out as a storage area that will be accessed via stairwell in the room adjacent to the garage.
