Description:
We're looking for a skilled Civil 3D drafter for long-term collaboration on site plan drafting projects, with a growing volume over time. You’ll be expected to deliver at least 3 site plans per week, each with a 24-hour turnaround time.
If your expertise includes subdivision drafting, drainage and grading plans, and understanding of U.S. city permitting standards, there will be opportunities to take on more complex work in the coming months.
Scope of Work for Each Plan:
Draw property lines using bearing and distance labels in Civil 3D
Include setback lines as per zoning rules
Accurately trace and draw patio, garage, shed, walkway, and road edges (with center line)
Add rooflines, utility elements, and building footprints
Plot property corner points using Civil 3D tools
Ensure all annotation, dimensions, and legends are clear and presentation-ready
Generate Contours with labels
Resources Provided:
Civil 3D source file for each project
Title block templates, line styles, and CAD standards upon on boarding
Requirements:
Strong command of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Familiarity with North American residential zoning/site planning preferred
Ability to follow detailed instructions and deliver clean, accurate DWG files
Fast communication, quick turnaround, and responsiveness to minor revisions
