Senior Civil/Structural Draftsperson Needed for 3 Civil Engineering Projects Anyone

I am looking for an experienced Civil/Structural Draftsperson to complete three civil engineering drafting projects based on existing project briefs and technical data.

This is not a basic AutoCAD tracing job. I need someone who can understand civil and structural design inputs and convert them into professional, well-coordinated 2D and 3D technical drawings.

The work will involve items such as:

Site and constraints plans
Drainage layouts
Drainage long sections
Pit and pipe details
Foundation layouts
RC footing and pedestal details
Reinforcement detailing
Sections and elevations
RLs, invert levels and gradients
Utility/service coordination
Clearance checks
Drawing revisions and clash resolution
3D/isometric technical views
Drawing registers and revision control

I will provide the full project briefs, source information, technical inputs and a detailed drawing framework.

The successful candidate must work from the provided information and should not invent engineering data or make unsupported assumptions. If information is missing, I expect the candidate to identify it and raise a clarification before proceeding.

Required Experience

I am looking for one person who can personally complete the full package.

Strong experience is required in:

AutoCAD
Civil 3D
Civil engineering drafting
Structural drafting
Reinforced-concrete detailing
Drainage design documentation
Foundation and footing detailing
Sections/elevations
Survey and level interpretation
Utility/service coordination
2D technical drawings
3D/isometric views

Experience with Australian civil or structural projects is highly preferred.

Knowledge of standards such as AS 3600, AS 2870, AS/NZS 3500.3, AS/NZS 1170 and NCC would be an advantage.

The final deliverables should include:

Editable DWG files
PDF drawing sets
Professional title blocks
Drawing numbers
Dimensions
Levels and RLs
Legends and notes
Section/elevation references
Reinforcement details where applicable
Revision numbers and descriptions
3D/isometric views
Drawing register
Revision register

The final drawings should look like professional civil/structural consultancy documentation, not student sketches or simple conceptual drawings.
