Project Overview
We’re building a 10 m × 2.4 m × 3.4 m, 6 tier biomass dryer for 15-20 minute drying of 300×300×50 mm egg trays. The dryer uses wood-chip, biomass, coal micro-gasification and vortex airflow. We need a SolidWorks expert to create:
Complete 3D model (assembly)
Detailed fabrication drawings (flat-patterns, bend lines, tolerances)
Burner & plenum internals
Pneumatic gravity-transfer chute
Structural frame, tier conveyors, and ducting
BOM export and DXF outputs
Scope of Work
SolidWorks Assembly Model
Full dryer including frame, panels, conveyors, ducting, burners, and chutes
Standard parts: motors, chains, VFD barrier walls, blower casings
Fabrication Drawings
Custom sheet-metal panels with bend allowances & cut lists
Burner enclosure and plenum sections
Frame weldment drawings (with BOM links)
Conveyor chain support & sprocket units
Detail Components
Pneumatic gravity chute (slides, actuators)
Vortex nozzle geometry
Burner flange and mounting details
Deliverables
Native SolidWorks files (.SLDPRT, .SLDASM)
2D DWG/PDF fabrication drawings
Flattened DXF files for CNC
BOM spreadsheet with SW link references
Meeting engagements
Kick-off call to review spec & package
One review check after rough CAD
Weekly updates via platform messages or video call
