Summary
We’re developing a next-generation rubber outsole for a minimalist work boot and require a skilled CAD professional to convert our 2D tech pack into a fully mold-ready 3D model.
This is a single-unit outsole (no upper required) with defined material thicknesses, lug structure, and sidewall design. You’ll be provided with detailed orthographic drawings and dimensional references after signing an NDA.

• Create a high-quality 3D model in STEP and STL formats, ready for rubber injection or compression molding
• Model includes:
• 4mm base thickness
• 5mm lug height across sole base
• Variable lug height along sidewalls (exact tapering specs provided post-NDA)
• Wraparound sidewall contours
• Stitch groove/inlay channel
• Proper draft angles and split line feasibility
• Model must be structurally accurate for tooling, with consideration for manufacturing tolerances
