We're seeking a talented and efficient CAD designer to assist with an 8–10 unit residential infill project located in the heart of Sacramento. Our developments are modern, well-designed, and cater to young urban professionals seeking high-design living in walkable neighborhoods.
We have:
A full survey of the site
Early schematic concepts and site layout
CAD and permit sets from successful past projects for reference
A strong track record of completing similar projects profitably
You’ll be working directly with the developer and principal designer. This is a fast-paced, iterative environment with room for future projects if we work well together. Familiarity with townhouse-style urban housing, efficient unit stacking, and maximizing yield on infill parcels is ideal.
Deliverables:
Conceptual massing and site plans
Unit layout development
CAD files (DWG preferred) suitable for permit and construction documentation
Looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes feedback well, and can move quickly from concept to solid documentation.
Bonus if you have:
Experience with California planning and zoning constraints
Sacramento infill or high-density residential experience
Ability to provide 3D visuals or SketchUp models
