We’re developing a 38-unit modern multifamily project and need a complete low voltage conduit and device plan to guide our rough-in and installation process.
Scope of Work:
Create low voltage plans showing conduit routing and device locations for:
- AT&T fiber home runs (unit drops from ETP)
- Amenity spaces (WiFi, door access, camera, audio)
- Lobby and main entry doors (MyDoorView-style intercom, access control, strikes)
- Cameras / CCTV
- Common area WiFi (access points with Cat6 home runs to ETP)
- Coordinate conduit sizes, routing, termination points, and label everything for install techs
- Reference AT&T SPEC 95 for structured wiring standards
Deliverables:
PDF + DWG files with:
- Low voltage plan over background architectural
- Conduit callouts and box heights
- Device locations (WAPs, cameras, intercom, readers)
- Termination diagram (ETP layout) or riser diagram
- All conduits to home run to the ETP in the electrical room
I Will Provide:
- Full set of CAD drawings (floor plans, joint trench, electrical)
- Backgrounds for every discipline (A/E/P/M)
- ETP location and sample specs (AT&T, MyDoorView, Brivo)
-Amenity rough-in requirements
We would strongly prefer a California-based drafter—ideally someone familiar with Northern California (e.g., Sacramento) permitting standards or low voltage/MEP layouts in CA multifamily buildings.
