Custom Clasp for Cuban Link Line Ended

We’re in the process of upgrading our entire Cuban Link collection and are now developing a custom clasp that aligns with our new premium look and feel.
This clasp will be used across both our Cuban Link Chains and Bracelets, specifically in sizes above 6MM.
Our goal is to create a clasp that delivers:
- Durability for everyday wear (sweat, shower, gym, etc.)
- A unique locking mechanism that hasn’t been done before
- A premium aesthetic that reinforces our identity as a high-end Cuban Link brand
- A signature element that separates BALANZI from every other competitor
We’re not looking to reinvent the entire mechanical structure, but we do want a signature clasp that customers recognize immediately, both visually and functionally.
Scope & Budget
- Timeline: Ideally concepts delivered within 2–3 weeks
- Budget: We’re open to paying per concept OR making a bundle deal for 2–3 different clasp ideas
- Deliverables: 3D CAD files ready for mold production, technical specs, optional 3D renders/mockups
- We’re happy to share brand assets, product images, reference videos, and clasp samples for inspiration
