I plan to build a house based on two buildings, 36'x42' each.
One is the garage. Attic trusses with a 8/12 roof. It will have 3 overhead doors on the load-bearing side.
The other is the house. It will have a kitchen and living room, open concept. And two master bedrooms with walk-in closets.
They will be at an angle from one another; there roof lines will be 90 degrees or so from one another. (I have not figured that out yet).
They will be a closed mud room connecting them with laundry included.
Also, off the back of this mud room will be a screen porch utilizing three sides of the house to create.
The garage doors face southeast.
At this time, I would like a 3d rendering of the outside.
Metal roofing, board, and batten siding. Dark colors.
