Deliverables Required
1. 2D Block & Stack Diagrams:
-Annotated floor-by-floor diagrams showing functional zones (e.g., classrooms, admin, library, labs, dining, gym, etc.)
-Indication of G+4 or G+5 layout to fit within 20m height limit
-Colour-coded spatial groupings by use type
2. Site Massing Plan:
-Overall building mass within the site footprint, setbacks, access roads, and green areas
-Include parking (visitor minimum: 162 spaces), drop-off/pick-up loop, sports area, and landscaping zones
3. Simple 3D Massing Model (Conceptual):
-To show building volumes, heights, proportions
-No need for architectural detail—volumetric only
4. CAD files (DWG) and PDFs of all layouts and views
Design Parameters
-Building height limit: 20m (target G+4 or G+5 depending on floor heights)
-Plot boundaries: Available in coordinate format or PDF (will be supplied)
-A schedule of accommodation will be shared.
