We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Designer with expertise in SketchUp and Lumion to create high-quality architectural 3D models and renderings. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent visualization skills, and experience in architectural visualization projects.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp
Render high-quality visuals using Lumion
Work on architectural visualization, exterior & interior rendering
Ensure realistic textures, lighting, and materials
Deliver projects within deadlines
Requirements:
✅ Proficiency in SketchUp & Lumion
✅ Strong experience in architectural visualization
✅ Ability to work on realistic textures, lighting, and materials
✅ Experience with rendering techniques and 3D animation is a plus
✅ Portfolio showcasing past 3D design projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in architecture, interior design, or 3D modeling
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
Experience in VR/AR visualization is a bonus
