I am seeking a skilled 2D architectural draftsperson to assist with freelance projects on a part-time basis. The work primarily involves creating detailed architectural drawings and AutoCAD layouts based on provided sketches, concepts, or specifications.
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar drafting software)
Experience in architectural floor plans, elevations, and sections
Attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Experience with annotations and technical detailing
Familiarity with 3D modeling (SketchUp, Revit) is a must have!
