We are seeking a skilled Architect/Design Renderer to assist with the visualization and planning of a property development project. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design, 3D rendering, and creating high-quality visualizations for real estate projects.

-Create detailed architectural designs and 3D renderings of the property.
-Develop visual representations that accurately reflect project specifications.
-Work closely with the team to incorporate design preferences and functional requirements.
-Provide revisions and updates based on feedback.
Ensure that designs are aesthetically appealing and structurally feasible.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in architectural design and rendering.
-Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to translate concepts into visuals.
-Knowledge of building codes and property layouts is a plus.
-Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
-Portfolio showcasing previous architectural renderings.
