South Shore Pools & Luxury Outdoors is a Florida swimming pool construction company looking for an experienced Structure Studios VIP3D / Pool Studio designer for ongoing residential pool design work.
We expect approximately 5–10 designs per week and are looking to develop a long-term relationship with one primary designer.
Scope of Work
We will provide the information needed to establish the project, which may include:
Property address / GIS information
Photos and videos of the home and backyard
Pool and spa dimensions
Pool depths
Sun shelf, bench and step requirements
Deck dimensions
Equipment location
Screen enclosure requirements
Material selections
Rough sketches / marked-up layouts
Customer design requests
The designer will use this information to create professional Structure Studios VIP3D / Pool Studio sales presentations.
These initial designs are intended to help customers visualize and purchase their pool project. They are not engineering or permit drawings.

Ability to work from GIS information, photos, measurements and sketches
Strong attention to detail
Reliable communication
Experience designing Florida swimming pools, screen enclosures and outdoor living spaces is strongly preferred.
Turnaround
Our target turnaround for most initial designs is approximately 24–48 hours after receiving complete project information.
Because we expect 5–10 designs per week, reliability and capacity are important.
Long-Term Opportunity
This is not intended to be a one-time project.
We expect approximately 20–40 designs per month and are interested in either:
Per-design pricing, or
A monthly retainer / volume arrangement
Please provide both options if possible.
Paid Test Project
We will select approximately 3 finalists and provide each designer with the same paid test project.
