About the job
We require a Forklift Attachment for a 2.5T Forklift to handle 150mm EPS Roof Panels onto top of 3m Buildings during construction. The attached sketches depict what we require. The Frame is to carry up to 6 of 150mm Roof Panels at a max length of 3500mm. The panels will be unloaded from the frame by 2x Workers on Access Platforms that will run alongside the Building. The Access width is 1m per side.
A Concrete Block will be used to Counterweight the panel load.
Construction types we can accept are: Fabricated Steel or Steel Stud Frame. (Bluescope Truecore)
Design is to include a FEA and Report for Certification by Local Engineer. GA and Shop Drawings. PDF and DWG files to be provided. Files must be Autocad Compatible. Drawings must be in English, all Dimmension to be Metric. Ideally the design will satisfy Australian Standards.
Attached is the EPS Roof Panel Data Sheet and Sketches of Concept.
