About the job
We have a Cable Truck requiring modifications. Need to turnaround a number of Modification Drawings, Shop Detail, BOM and MTOs in next 7 Days. We seek (1) Agency or Multiple Specialists to assist. All work must be in Autocad Native Format for review and use in manufacture. Scanned PDF drawings, Photos and Mark-ups will be provided as inputs. No Models or DWG files available.
Packages of Work include:
- Rigid Mounts: Mechanical Connection to Remove Operating Clearance from Container Locks. Tray to Deck, Deck to Reeler.
- Goal Post Upgrade: Modify existing arrangement and increase duty of structure and mounts.
- Reeler Wedge Blocks: Detail weld-on Wedges to eliminate Cable pinch points at base of Reeler
- Cab Caddy: Detail and Centre Consol Caddy to hold 2x VHF Mine Handheld Radio Chargers, Hiab Crane Remote, Cable Reeler Remote, and provide for Magnetic Holders for UHF and VHF Handpieces.
- Centre of Gravity Assessment: Assess the Truck Arrangement with nominal payload for Centre Gravity.
