Model a Frivolous Trinket - Cheese mold from an old movie Ended

Hi!
Dear friend(s), let me give you my circumstances: I was trying to make beer cheese. It was just okay, and I ended up with way too much cheese left over (because it wasn't worth the effort of turning into beer cheese). So now I have a puck of mixed cheeses in my fridge, like a proper cyberpunk monk.
Anyway, inspiration struck: I would like to melt this cheese into a mold in order to make the leaning tower of cheese-a, from the cinematic classic A Goofy Movie. Reference attached.
Should be a simple job, but all my IRL cad/modeling friends are too busy to take on side work. Food safety is not a concern for this project, as I do not intend to eat that accursed lump at this point, no matter how endearing its shape.
