Detailed Preparation of Production Documentation: • Verify the correctness of the accepted conceptual documentation. • Analyze material usage optimization in terms of developments and detail division. • Prepare estimated material requirements: sheet metal and wood (or other materials with longer lead times for procurement or fabrication if applicable). • Design structural, executive solutions, and all necessary details. • Prepare dimensions, diagrams, plans, sections, detail developments, and division of elements. • Mark all unique details for easy identification before assembly. • Compile DWG/DXF files for CNC programming. • Compilation of production elements enabling sheet metal processing, assembly, and welding. • Verify the real material requirements for all necessary materials
