We are seeking a skilled and experienced CAD designer to undertake a comprehensive project involving the redesign and planning of our existing workshop/showroom located in Baldoyle, Dublin. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating detailed CAD plans, including precise measurements, innovative redesign suggestions, and 3D plans that will help visualize the proposed changes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct an initial site visit to understand the current layout and to take accurate measurements of the workshop/showroom.
Develop detailed 2D floor plans including all dimensions, fixtures, and necessary details for construction and renovation.
Create innovative redesign proposals that optimize the use of space, improve workflow, and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the showroom.
Produce 3D models of the proposed redesign to help stakeholders visualize the final outcome before the commencement of construction work.
Work closely with our team to review designs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
Provide a comprehensive list of materials and specifications required for the redesign.
Ensure all plans comply with local building codes and regulations.
Deliver all final plans and documents within the agreed timeline.
