About the job
We are looking for an experienced In-House Fine Jewellery CAD Designer to join our team and translate creative concepts into technically accurate, production-ready jewellery designs.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing, stone setting and proportions, while also having a refined eye for luxury jewellery aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
• Create detailed 3D CAD models for fine jewellery including rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, bangles and necklaces.
• Translate hand sketches, reference images and creative concepts into accurate CAD designs.
• Develop designs while maintaining the brand’s proportions, delicacy and aesthetic.
• Prepare production-ready CAD files with accurate dimensions and construction details.
• Understand different jewellery construction and manufacturing techniques.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in jewellery CAD design preferred.
• Strong proficiency in jewellery CAD software such as Rhino / MatrixGold / JewelCAD or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of fine jewellery construction and manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of gemstone shapes, measurements and setting requirements.
• Ability to understand jewellery drawings, sketches and reference images.
• Strong sense of proportion, symmetry and fine detailing.
