About the job
I'm a first year construction mgmt student uni and I need help completing an assessment for CAD on ArchiCAD.
The task is to model a residential building I designed in Assignment 1 and produce a set of architectural drawings exported as a single PDF. The drawings required are:
- A000: Project sheet with rendered 3D perspectives
- A100: Site plan (1:200)
- A101: Ground floor plan (1:100)
- A102: Roof plan (1:100)
- A200 & A201: Two external elevations (1:100)
- A300: Two sections — one longitudinal, one latitudinal (1:100)
I'll provide my hand-drawn Assignment 1 floor plan and elevations as the reference. The design is a 3-bed, 1-bath single-storey home on an 18m × 35m site. Hip roof at 22.5°, brick veneer with rendered finish, colorbond roof.
Each sheet needs a title block with project/client info (I'll supply the details).
The university template file (.pln) is provided — I can share that too.
