We are developing a compact low-power Smart Safety Watch and need an experienced embedded hardware engineer to design the complete electrical schematic in KiCad.
The watch must include:
- Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth Low Energy
- Compact camera
- MEMS microphone
- OTA firmware update support
- IMU / accelerometer
- Fall / motion detection
- SOS function
- Small display
- Vibration motor / buzzer
- Li-ion battery
- Battery charger
- Fuel gauge
- External flash
- USB charging
- Low-power wearable operation
The engineer should propose the MCU and wireless architecture before starting the full schematic.
Required deliverables:
- System block diagram
- Power tree
- Proposed major component list
- Complete editable KiCad schematic
- Pin map
- Preliminary BOM with manufacturer part numbers
- Interface documentation
- ERC-clean project
- RF and power design notes
The first milestone must be:
Block diagram + power tree + proposed component list.
Full schematic work should start only after approval of the first milestone.
PCB layout is NOT included in this stage and must not begin without written approval.
