Design of Watertight, Aluminium Manhole Cover with opening mechanism
The design must include:
aluminium checker plate cover;
structural support frame;
sealing;
must be watertight;
opening mechanism similar to the attached reference photos;
assisted opening with gas springs;
locking option with a padlock or another lock
design suitable for laser cutting, bending and welding
support frame from folded aluminium sheet, instead of hollow profiles
cover thickness 3 or 5 mm alu checker plate, depending on the size
Required deliverables:
SolidWorks 3D assembly;
individual part files;
parametric 3D-model for different sizes
The design must include:
