Component: Ø90 mm flange, 6 × Ø10 mm through holes on PCD Ø70 mm, equally spaced at 60°, and Ø20 mm central through hole.
The component needs to be positioned upside down for drilling.
I need a box-type drilling jig/fixture with locating arrangement, clamping arrangement, drill bushes, top plate, bottom plate and all required parts.
Please provide complete 2D manufacturing drawing and 3D CAD model.
Preferred format: SolidWorks/STEP/DWG.
