Hi there, we are trying to have this tool made for us as the current producer is retiring and can't provide them anymore and it's hard to get a production estimate with no drawings.
- Measure/disassemble existing tools and create accurate 3D CAD models
- Create fully dimensioned 2D manufacturing drawings for every component and assembly
- Deliver STEP files + native CAD files + PDFs/DXFs as appropriate
- Drawings must be sufficient for a machine shop/fabricator to manufacture the tools without needing the originals
- Prefer someone local to Orange County so you can physically hand them the tools.
Please inquire with fixed cost to do both tools shown. The tube and handle assemblies are identical, only the lower taping part is different,
