I am looking for an experienced mechanical CAD designer / product design engineer to modify and refine an existing display enclosure.
The basic design already exists and is available as STEP files. The enclosure consists of several parts, including:
Front display enclosure
Rear display enclosure
Mounting bracket
Stand
I have also prepared a detailed document explaining the required modifications, including reference images and design requirements.
The goal is not to create a completely new product from scratch, but to improve and adjust the existing CAD models so that the final enclosure is functional, cleanly designed, and suitable for manufacturing.
The work may include adjustments to dimensions, geometry, mounting features, fit between parts, wall thicknesses, openings, tolerances, and general design refinement.
Experience with the following would be helpful:
Mechanical CAD design
Product enclosure design
Electronic / display housings
STEP file modification
Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
Design for Assembly (DFA)
SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor or similar CAD software
I will provide a ZIP file containing all CAD files and a detailed English document describing the required changes.
