Expert Photoshop Building Photo Editing – No AI or 3D Ended

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE VIEWING THE ATTACHMENTS

The photograph showing the current tan building with the green-striped awning is the controlling original photograph.

The gray-and-black updated image is only a general style reference. It is not accurate in its perspective, proportions, window sizes or locations, signs, or other building geometry. Do not copy, trace, or recreate its structure.

The purpose of this project is to apply the requested design features directly to the original photograph while keeping the exact real building, openings, proportions, perspective, surroundings, and camera angle unchanged.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

I need an expert Adobe Photoshop photo-retouching and compositing specialist to edit one original high-resolution daytime photograph of an existing commercial building.

This is not a 3D rendering or building-redesign project. The original photograph must remain the controlling image.

The following must remain exactly as photographed:

* Building shape and proportions
* Brick texture and mortar lines
* Existing window and door openings
* Existing awning frame, location, shape, and proportions
* Perspective and camera angle
* Street, sidewalk, utility wires, neighboring property, and all surrounding details

REQUESTED CHANGES

* Change the brick finish to Sherwin-Williams Gray Matters SW 7066 while preserving the original brick texture, mortar lines, highlights, and shadows
* Add black double-hung upper windows strictly within the exact existing window openings
* Do not enlarge, shrink, move, remove, or create any window openings
* Add black lower storefront framing within the exact existing storefront openings
* Change the finish of the existing awning to black without changing its frame, location, shape, or proportions
* Add black metal roofline trim
* Add flat wall-mounted tenant signs
* Add gooseneck lights above the awning
* Add wall-mounted lighting underneath the awning
* Do not include the two perpendicular hanging signs shown in the concept image

STRICT NO-AI REQUIREMENT

No generative AI, Generative Fill, image-to-image generation, or other AI-assisted image-editing tools may be used at any stage of either the paid test or the full project.

The work must be completed directly on the original photograph using manual Photoshop selections, masks, adjustment layers, color corrections, and compositing. No portion of the original building may be regenerated, reconstructed, or invented.

REQUIRED DELIVERABLES

* Fully layered and clearly labeled native Adobe Photoshop PSD file
* Separate layers, masks, adjustment layers, and composited elements
* High-resolution final JPG or PNG
* Two revision rounds
* Turnaround within approximately one week
* Fixed total project budget of $200
* A $25 paid accuracy test before awarding the full project
* The $25 test payment will be credited toward the $200 total if the freelancer is selected for the complete project

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Applicants must have proven experience manually editing real exterior building photographs in Adobe Photoshop.

Please do not apply if your experience is primarily CAD, 3D modeling, architectural rendering, or AI-generated visualization.

General 3D architectural renderings are not acceptable as work samples.
