Expert Photoshop Building Photo Editing – No AI or 3D Anyone

I need an expert Photoshop photo-retouching and compositing specialist to edit my original high-resolution photograph of an existing commercial building.

This is not a new 3D rendering or building redesign. The original daytime photograph must remain the controlling image. Preserve the exact building shape, brick texture and mortar lines, window and door openings, awning frame and location, perspective, camera angle, street, sidewalk, utility wires, neighboring property, and all surrounding details.

The concept image is only a general visual reference. The work includes changing the painted brick to Sherwin-Williams Dorian Gray SW 7017; showing new black double-hung upper windows within the existing openings; black lower storefront framing; a black finish on the existing awning; black metal roofline trim; flat wall-mounted tenant signs; gooseneck lights above the awning; and wall-mounted lighting underneath the awning.

Do not include the two perpendicular hanging signs shown in the concept image.

Do not use generative AI, generative fill, image-to-image generation, or any process that recreates or invents portions of the photograph. The work must be completed directly on the original photograph using precise Photoshop selections, masks, adjustment layers, and compositing.

Applicants must provide genuine before-and-after examples of similar work performed on the same real building photograph. General 3D architectural renderings alone are not sufficient.
