Existing schematic and PCB are substantially complete. Board combines a TI TAA5212 audio ADC, Raspberry Pi GPIO/I²S interface, PCIe Gen2 x1 via FFC, M.2 NVMe, analog RCA input and onboard power circuitry.
I need an experienced PCB engineer to independently audit and, where appropriate, redesign the board for reliable JLCPCB manufacture.
This is not schematic-from-scratch work. The goal is to apply experienced human placement/routing/mechanical/DFM judgment to an existing design.
Required experience: KiCad, 6+ layer PCB layout, controlled impedance, PCIe/USB/other high-speed differential routing, mixed-signal analog/digital design, DFM/DFA, footprint creation from manufacturer drawings, and production PCBA.
Deliverables must include source KiCad files, verified custom footprints, Gerbers, drill files, JLCPCB BOM, CPL, assembly drawings, STEP model, DRC/ERC-clean design, and a documented design review.
