PET Scrap Receiving Area – unloading and temporary storage of bottles.
Sorting Area – manual sorting and removal of non-PET materials.
Washing & Processing Section – bottle crushing, washing, drying and separation.
SEC 1000 kg/hr Recycling Line – main recycling/granulation processing area.
Finished Product Storage – rPET flakes/granules storage.
Dispatch Area – loading finished products into trucks.
QC Laboratory – quality testing and inspection.
Office/Admin Building – management, staff, meeting room, etc.
Utilities Area – electrical room, boiler/heating system, compressor, water treatment, etc.
Waste/Reject Area – PVC, caps, labels and other rejects kept separately.
Worker Facilities – toilets, changing room, canteen/rest area.
Internal Roads & Parking – separate movement for trucks and staff vehicles.
