About the job
Our company makes cleaning chemicals, some of them with neutral pH, some with alkaline or acid pH, some chemicals produce gas causing bottles to swell while other chemicals cause plastic bottles to shrink (bottle paneling). Until now we have faced these problems with plastic Gallon bottles weighing up to150grams. We are looking for an expert on plastic bottles designing for cleaning chemicals to determine the best structural design and plastic weight that would guarantee chemical resistance while decreasing plastic use. Our goal is to use plastic bottles of 100grams only.
