Innovation Lab
We have recently decided to have an Innovation center in our office and would like to invite designers to help us make a trendy and fun theme area, that can inspire employees and help them think out of the box. The basic idea is to have a nomadic design with easy access seating arrangement for two or three member groups. Adequate space to draw and build prototypes. The area must also include space to keep books and build lego structures, play darts or similar activities that stimulate thinking.
3D Interior render - long term partnership
Hi, We are looking for low budget 3D artist impressions (3D renders). Our clients are homeowners who want to sell their house. Sometimes their house is empty or old fashioned, so the room needs “virtual renovation” (A 3D render of the room how it could be). So we are mostly looking for interior renders and sometimes exterior. This is what we EXACTLY are looking for (page 3 you can see the input we provide and the output we expect from you): http://www.draftingfactory.be/media/143046/digitaal_restylen_drafting_factory.pdf I have attached some examples of what kind of work we expect. These are examples of our competitors here in the Netherlands and examples of a current supplier. We have a partner who makes us 2D floorplans/photo-editing in Thailand. They also make 3D: http://siamarchitecture.com/3dpage.php#images/3D/02.png However, we are looking (in comparison of Siam Architecture): - Better quality interior views for lower cost, or; - Better quality for same cost, or; - Same quality for lower cost. I have attached the price list of SIAM so you can think about doing us a better offer. We are NOT looking for photorealistic renders of 200$. If you could send us a more information about your prices, work quality (before and after examples) and average time delivery, that would be great. Most of the time it is only 1 render view of a room. So we send a photo/floorplan and you make something of it. So you don't need to create the whole room in 3D. Only the render in the picture (see examples) We are a growing (international) company and are looking for a long term partner. For now, we don’t have a project for you. After we found a partner we are implementing it on our website and let our clients know (approx, 1 month). After that you will get first project and more projects as we grow and expand. The exact amount after that is hard to tell so please give us a price without bulkdiscount at first. I hope you can help us. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Please contact us via our company mail!!! (see website). Kind regards, Timo Asses Co-owner GoedkopePlattegronden.nl
Fireplace remodel
Need a design mock-up for a fireplace remodel, with dimensions. As pictured, the existing mantel is 13 ft long; the wall is 17 ft long and just over 8 ft tall. Want a wooden mantel, probably with new cabinets on either side of the fireplace. Would like the fireplace front to be a reddish aged brick, as pictured in the column, although I'm open to new ideas on the fireplace front, and the hearth (floor area in front of fireplace). TV will be mounted above mantel, which leans me toward wanting a larger mantel to offset the size of the TV.
