Translate softline sketches to AutoCAD.
Wants:
Dimensions should be shown. Imperial scale. Furniture shown on a different layer. Standard American Home wall thicknesses and plumbing etc. Door's are 3' wide to scale the pdf attachment.
Don't Wants:
generic cad, furniture symbols that are boxy. In the next round this will be turned into a 3-D model

Fireplace remodel
Need a design mock-up for a fireplace remodel, with dimensions. As pictured, the existing mantel is 13 ft long; the wall is 17 ft long and just over 8 ft tall. Want a wooden mantel, probably with new cabinets on either side of the fireplace. Would like the fireplace front to be a reddish aged brick, as pictured in the column, although I'm open to new ideas on the fireplace front, and the hearth (floor area in front of fireplace). TV will be mounted above mantel, which leans me toward wanting a larger mantel to offset the size of the TV.

Add or delete elements from the site plan. Young couple with 2 children girl is 7 years old and boy is 7 months old. Jacuzzi maybe? Yes or no? Fire Boma? Yes or no? Outside sitting benches? Be creative. Municipal mandatory 1 meter paving around the house. All water features if added to be 1 meter away from boundary wall. A vegetable garden is also desired. Do more with less. Washing line to be considered.
