Description:
We are completely remodeling the Master Bathroom in our historic 1820's Italianate Mansion, and need Floor Plans and 3D Renderings to help us select the optimal Layout and Design.Provide a Floorplan (showing all fixtures and furnishings) and a 3D Rendering of the primary focal points of the room.
The space is a rectangle, 15' 4" x 7' 2", with 11' ceilings. One narrow end is dominated by a large centered Window (starts 30" above floor, and is 6' tall & 3' wide), and the left-side wall adjacent to the window is the Master Bedroom wall, and will have the entrance Door to the Bathroom. This door location is FLEXIBLE along this wall (though our preference is NOT to place it centered, as this would inhibit the flexibility of furniture placement on the Bedroom side). Design/style preferences are Classic, Vintage, and/or French Country. Style should be luxurious, captivating, and evoke the 1800's period of the house, but need not actually be historically accurate.
Floorplan and 3D Renderings are desired, but Construction-ready drawings are NOT required.
We anticipate the Master Bathroom containing at minimum:
- A free standing bathtub
- A stand up double shower
- A toilet
- A vanity
OPTIONAL wish list items as the design permits:
- Upgrade to a double bowl vanity
- Makeup vanity (separate OR attached to regular vanity)
- Linen/storage closet(s) (separate OR attached to vanity or other fixtures)
Wants:
Designs will be evaluated PRIMARILY based upon:- Functionality of layout
- Utilization of high ceilings and Window to good effect
- Luxurious feel
Designs will be evaluated SECONDARILY based upon:
- Inclusion of Optional items
- Creative details for the space
Don't Wants:
Cramped, packed space with wall to wall fixtures and furniture.Vintage-everything. We want modern luxuries, but with colors, styles, and designs that FEEL timeless and historic.

All doors in the photo are being walled off. A new door is being installed between the adjacent bedroom and the bathroom.
As long as it stays on the same wall shown on my floorplan, the new door can be located ANYWHERE along the length of that wall.

Could you provide a sketch plan (even a hand-drawn) with dimensions, including any niches if any, pilasters, etc., as well as photos of the existing condition?

New Hong Kong Apartment
I just recently bought a 490 sqft apartment in Hong Kong and I'm looking to get some 3D renderings of what the final outcome would look like with placement of furniture, color of walls, and etc. The place is already finished with medium brown wood flooring with white walls and a darker wood trim. The flooring I'm not thinking about changing, but I could potentially be swayed into changing to a polished concrete look. The bathroom and kitchen doesn't need to be designed as they already finished and I will keep it as it is. The images show some ideas I saw on the internet that I think would look good. The video shows the show flat but of a dimension that is 11 sqft smaller than the actual place I bought. The plans of the actual layout of the place don't show the elevation but it should be rendered for all heights to be 3 meters.
