Description:
A clean modern meeting boardroom for a Retail Consulting company, specialized in retail store startups, that will be used for multimedia meetings for up to 8 people seated. The overall design should be bright and well lit and should take a minimalist approach. I love the art deco asthetic and would like to see elements incorporated into the design while keeping it clean and modern. Floorplan shows the highlighted area to be designed. Washroom and second room is not included in design.Must-Haves:
- 8 person boardroom table.
- media wall on opposite sides that can accomodate a single 65" tv on each wall. these walls should be the showcase and the focus of the design.
- incorporate the door to the closet area into the design of the media wall.
- use panels available from swancanada.ca/ for the design as these are readily available in my area.
- 8ft of kitchen cabinets.
- boardroom table must remain in the exisiting space as shown in pics.
All exisiting doorways, windows, and walls will remain the same.
Wants:
should be bright and well lit. Avoid a dark theme.
Don't Wants:
Overly complex or too busy.

Kitchen cabinets should be located in the other section of the room by the entry way. They can be placed on the wall with the entry door or opposite. They should include both upper and lower cabinets for a kitchenette. No stove or fridge, just a small sink. A few chairs in that area as a waiting/seating area would be great but small enough to not restrict access from doorway to boardroom table. About 8-10 feet of cabinets is ideal.
We would like to ask if what you are requesting is only the meeting room design. If that is all, we have completed it, but if there are other requests, please explain.

My AI-generated images of the boardroom are for some design inspiration. The goal is a clean modern design with subtle futuristic art deco elements. My supplier at https://swancanada.ca/ will have enough variety in their panels and accessories to allow for enough creativity to achieve these design goals. Cashier location: Inside entrance left side wooden floor.

The left back of the shop for a grooming room. Design a room on other side of wall on the left side adjust from back corner.
Midcentury Modern Home interior design
Front of the house is newly constructed with high ceilings and modern look. The back of the house is midcentury eichler style. Requires design for the following of the entire house:
1. lighting and lighting fixtures
2. wall color, finish, decorations
3. furniture layout
4. flooring finish
Floor plan for remodel of home drop zone, gourmet kitchen, powder room, pantry
Looking to remodel the kitchen with a large rectangular island, add a walk-in pantry, add a large drop zone from garage entry, and probably move powder room. Basement is unfinished so plumbing can be moved. Will minimally bump into the garage not to impede on parked car space. Would like powder room to be small like the attached example. Kitchen appliances to be 48" range top, double wall ovens, and 48 inch counter depth fridge. Possibly a second prep sink if room permits. Laundry room can be reconfigured and hall closet removed, but need to leave plenty of counter/working space in laundry room. Duct work runs up next to steps but only takes up small part of allotted space, even smaller than the second level duct plan reveals.
