🛁 Master Ensuite Layout Design Project Description:
I’m looking for creative and functional layout designs for a master ensuite bathroom.
The space measures 172" (length) x 150" (width). The entrance to the ensuite is from the master bedroom on the west side (left side), and there’s a window on the south wall measuring approximately 50" x 50".
Wants:
The design must include the following:A walk-in shower, minimum 36" x 36" inside if square.
A free-standing bathtub. (approx. 60"x30")
A private toilet room (minimum 36" x 60" inside walls) with a door
A walk-in closet for two people
Either two single vanities or one double-sink vanity — whichever fits best aesthetically and functionally
Goals / Style Preferences:
Efficient and comfortable flow between bathroom and closet
Balanced proportions among shower, tub, vanity, and closet
Natural light from the south window should be used effectively
Clean, elegant, and functional design suitable for a modern master suite
Deliverables:
Scaled floor plan with labeled dimensions
Visual layout (2D preferred; 3D optional)
Brief explanation of layout rationale
Selection Criteria:
Efficient space planning
Comfort, accessibility, and aesthetics
Smart use of light and traffic flow

Don't Wants:
Glass door for toilet. Please avoid placing a glass shower door directly next to a solid door (such as a toilet room door) on the same wall. I don’t want two different door types side by side.
Additional Information
This is for a new build. The entrance is open (no door) and must be at least 36" wide. You can place the entrance anywhere along the lower 110 inches of the bathroom’s west wall (left side). The window can also be positioned anywhere along the south wall.To clarify: the west and east walls are 150.6" long, and the north and south walls are 172" long.

The first proposal layout offers a fluid master suite where the dressing room serves as a transition zone, preserving privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom is organized by clear functional zones, highlighting the free-standing bathtub on the front, a comfortable Italian shower and a discreet toilet area. This arrangement optimizes everyday comfort while creating an elegant and harmonious atmosphere.
This second proposal focuses on highlighting the free-standing bathtub as a central element of the bathroom, offering a spa atmosphere and a strong visual effect. Circulation is fluid and the organization of functions promotes a clear and elegant reading of the space. This version creates a more emotional and high-end experience, while maintaining a comfortable everyday use logic.

Does the entrance from the master bedroom to the ensuite open with a single door or a double door?
If it’s a single door, could you let me know how far it is from the adjacent wall?
Also, for the south-facing window, could you please confirm its exact location on the wall — how many centimeters it is from each side wall?
These details will help me position everything more accurately.
