I have an outdated lake home to modernize the front and rear exterior.
I have a 3D render I had created on Fiverr, but I am not completely in love with it as it is not sophisticated enough. I would like to change it, but I will include the 3D render in the files just for your review.

* Please do not copy it, but do your own sophisticated modern, classic villa without changing the top roof shape in the front as that will remain the same. We will consider changing the rear view to include a -turret or balcony- changes.

Please see the sample rendering from Fiverr, but I decided I want to do a CAD Crowd contest to get more sophisticated ideas.

KITCHEN ATTACHED IS JUST TO SHOW IDEA OF OUR REMODEL DIRECTION WE ARE GOING IN. IT'S TO SHOW YOU THAT THE HOME WILL NOT REMAIN OUTDATED.
Wants:
1) Design a modernized, classic villa that is classy and timeless.
2) You can change the colors.
3) You can add a wall in the front of the home as long as there is a 20 foot set back from the street - which is the city code.
4) I have CAD and PDF plans to attach to show dimensions.
5) Please make the design to scale.
6) The roof color cannot change from brown tiles, We are keeping the original roof tiles to save on cost as they are in perfect condition. Windows can change.
7) Please improve the rear exterior balcony and windows. This is a lake home and everyone passes by on their boats. We would like the home to look sophisticated and special.

Just a bit of confusion i am hoping to work out with you. You provided the pdf drawings for the fiver project but do not have drawings for the existing structure. It will be very ineffective to design without the basic measurements. Would you happen to have the CAD plan and elevation drawings of the house as provided by the architect?

Freelance Drafter: Existing Home AutoCAD Architecture or 2D
The structure is already existing. Its a new construction with electrical, plumbing, and hvac system in place. I need 2 full-size sets, which may be any size up to 24” X 36” drawn to a standard scale noted on the exhibits. 1 additional set must be either 8.5” X 11” or 8.5” X 14” drawn to a standard scale noted on the exhibits. And Floorplans must be drawn to a standard scale and are to include (but are not limited to) the following items: drawing scale, room labels, wall measurements, ceiling heights, door and window schedule, smoke detector locations, dimensioned locations of new plumbing fixtures, handrail/guardrail locations and room square footages. i have drawings of the floor plan and can provide lots of more info. The home is 780sq foot.

We have a Students room here. It is completly drawn till one element wich still needs to be redraw. We have a picture of it, but we are not satified with this design, so we need here your creation here. The Project shoul be finished by 01.04.2014
