Description:
I would like to get the best design to setup a lot in order to open a fried chicken franchise. The difficulty is that is a shared lot in which the back is an auto repair shop. Anything we can do to hide a little the auto repair shop will be a great plus in the design.
Wants:
Creativity of the look and feel (use the brand colors and personality)How good can we maximize seating space
How good can we minimize the car shop view
Signing and decoration ideas (plants, grafitti, materials, etc)
Don't Wants:
The front of the lot (500 sq meter aprox) includes a 60 sq meter commercial location which i want to cover in the kitchen. We have to leave the middle alley and pass trough entrance because people have to be able to access to car shop on the back. There is also a parking area which i want to convert into a terrace with a beer bar. In front of the commercial space i could setup the parking space. The fron lot gow until you see the oranges cones on the picture, like i said in the back there is a car shop, which is not part of the project.

Architectural Design ideas for modern house in Allgäu, Bavaria
Hello design community!
We are looking for modern, interesting and versatile ideas for the construction of a residential building in the Allgäu area, Bavaria, Germany.
Since the design process is still in an early phase, only rough design drafts with focus on the integration of the building into the landscape, the appearance and style are required - no ready-to-build plans!
The project is advertised as a small competition. One to three winners will be chosen from all submissions, and the prize money (400€ in total) will be shared between them. If a design is particularly convincing, a sole winner can also be chosen.

Hi, We are looking at a fun design project where your imagination can run wild. It is a complete blank slate of land that we will be building an AirBnB resort and personal residence on. At this stage we are looking for design only, we will finalize design specs based on design. The lot size is 68' wide x 118' deep. There is front road access with homes on all other three sides. It is 4 rows from the ocean. We can build up to 3 stories. I have a hand drawn layout based on a previous corner lot that we almost purchased that will have the layout as a starting point. We will have our personal residence at the rear of the property, with a 6 villa building on one side and (side x side, 3 stories high) with each villa about 350 sq ft. and a Welcome canopy/bar that we may grow into a restaurant in a few years. Our residence will be about 1700 sq ft (can be spread out over 2-3 floors depending on space. Can be much smaller if so required as We want to ensure it is guest focused.
Setbacks are 10' from front and 5" from side.
We are in the early design stages only so will be open to suggestions and modifications.
