Project Description: Goodfellas Interior Design (Commercial Kitchen Buildout) This is a construction-focused drafting project for the Goodfellas Pizza commercial kitchen buildout. The majority of the groundwork has already been completed, including equipment schedules, finish and fixture documentation, and code compliance references. We are seeking a CAD drafter to translate this into a fully coordinated drawing set. The scope includes: Wall details and risers: All vertical and sectional elements must be clearly documented. Equipment and fixture placement: Every item must be positioned per the attached schedules and cut sheets. Finish and fixture integration: All materials and finishes must be reflected accurately in the drawings. Construction-ready DWG and PDF files: Deliverables must be clean, precise, and ready for review and coordination. MEP details are being handled separately, but your drawings must anticipate and accommodate MEP integration. All listed work in the attached documents is required. Evaluation Criteria Submissions will be evaluated based on: Accuracy of equipment and fixture placement per attached schedules Clarity and completeness of wall details and risers Code-conscious layout anticipating MEP integration and reviewer needs File quality: DWG must be layer-organized and editable; PDF must be clean and print-ready Responsiveness: Willingness to clarify details directly by phone if needed What I Don’t Want Generic or conceptual designs not based on attached documentation Incomplete drawings missing wall sections, risers, or equipment placement Files that are not editable or improperly layered Submissions that ignore construction standards or coordination needs Software Requirements AutoCAD (preferred) Acceptable alternatives: LibreCAD, FreeCAD, or other DWG-compatible platforms. The groundwork is already done, equipment schedules, finish documentation, and code references are provided. We have a floor plan concept design. We need 5 high resolution images for an office theme. We are a coworking space and want the interiors to look like the occupants are in France. We dont need more than 7 images The purpose of the images is to create marketing campaigns and emails to sell. Also to create the over all theme of the office
