Description:
Hi folks, we are conceiving construction projects. Right now we need a 3d model of our newest project
, that we are conceiving in Allplan 2013.
In particular we need a 3d model of the outside shell and one sample apartment.
These we will forward to a post-production artist who will inhale the photo-realism.
We do have all plans / floor plans in 2D ready.
We hope to find somebody who have fun dealing with 3D and participating in something bigger.
Wants:
We want to get as close as possible to the real dimensions. Textures are not that important, because it will be forwarded to post-production.

Marvel Landscape
We live on a corner lot and need some help with a design and potentially some rendering of the back, side and front yard. We live in Colorado so some grass is important.
Redesign Home Look
Looking to redesign the home. Something about the home is not appealing and we're looking to see what we can do.
We believe the front wall and gate needs to be raised with a taller gate. The fountain in the front needs to be replaced. The driveway could be redone or not. The color scheme doesn't seem right.
