We would like the wall between the living and family room to be partly opened to have the light in. The fireplace (has to be electric) if any is preferred to be placed in the center of the two rooms if possible. If not, then we would like it to be in the family room. Thanks!

Do you prefer to have fire place in living or family room ?

wood flooring in the bedroom is preferred. Else where we are open to both wood and tile. thanks.

What flooring would like wood or tile ?

We use the loft room now as activity room but would like to turn it into a guest bedroom. The circular stair is already in the loft and it is about 3 feet in width. Thanks.

Hi,I just wanted to make sure where the loft goes because usually there&;s 2 level floor plans (I am south african so maby it&;s just the way you guys do it that side I&;m not too sure).But to design to my best potential I&;ll need to know this.

Bedroom below kids room is a part of kids room or is a master bedroom ? What will be it use for?

We are open to any design ideas that foster a modern and simple atmosphere. There is a Zen garden in the backyard. We do love nature/plants, and would greatly appreciate anything that can be done to incorporate this. I will upload a few more pictures for your references.

Also, what style of interior design would you prefer, there are so many ideas thst it can be implemented in this beautiful modern house :) Can you please give me some directions? Thank you!

Was thinking to submit the furnished floor plans and the interior 3D renderings with the design proposal, would that be okay with you?

Can I use Lumion software? It will give a perfect look.

No preferences on the furniture suppliers. It is more about the size, style, color and layouts.

We unfortunately had to meet a deadline and understand it potentially could affect the quality of the work - that&;s why we consider either 2D or 3D presentation in this case. I was managed to extend the contest by another 4 days. Thanks.

As per your requirement you need 3D interior design of entire house to be done for about 3 days?! Is that possible? For sure you will get "something". The question is: What you want, something or unique, attractive, well 3D visualization and presentation delivered as rendered images?
