This project is simply for overall product concepts. Drawings will suffice, but most people work best in CAD.

I hope that you do not think that 600$ is enough to design and produce a product. Entering on this platform I can&;t believe that you can even offer this amount. The concept of product is core and that&;s the hardest part of it rest is already known.

We&;re just working on the overall exterior design concept for this project. Future projects may cover these topics if a good aesthetic design is reached.

The design would incorporate multiple sensors used to sense hazards at workplace environments along with visual and audible warning capabilites. The design would use a rechargable battery. As to what sensors are being used I cannot say.

Which hardware besides the peripheral light, speaker and battery compartment holder needs to be integrated within the device ? Are there any PCBs or any other electrical/control components that need to go there that would actually ensure the functionality of device ? Or mb you have already defined the interior volume that would be used by inner electronics ? If so could you please share the size of it, I cannot seem to find it anywhere in your description.

The design needs to be slim, compact, and fit on the safety glasses easily. The device should be extremely welterweight so the user doesn&;t notice it. Material should be plastic.

I would like to know if there is any other specific requirement for the design that is needed as like about the shape and the material that is to be used for the safety glasses.
And secondly, I would like to about the term "Clippable Heads-Up Warning Device" could you please elaborate on the term in particular?

You may design the device into the safety glasses, but the detector must be able to detach from the glasses and be use as a hand-held device.
