@ETEC - Wondering if you did not like it? Any feedback would help, this way i can make another iteration.
Dear Sir,
Can you provide the part number of Type-c and 3.5 mm usb. Also mention the diameter of cable you are using.

Hi,
It's a very exciting project. I would like to ask for 3D data of PCB if you have.

Hi ETEC,
Can i ask what is the OD of the Auxiliary Jack?

Hi Vikas, thanks for your inquiry. CATIA should be fine if you can build a STL file from it. Thanks
Is it possible for another software like CATIA? That means I can design on CATIA software.
Thanks for the quick reply. You could also use strain relief on the cable. Basically you don't want the cable to yank out.
Hi AbhiS! Thanks for your comments, we will look into it. Regarding Mechanical keep out, within 1mm is okay on top and bottom. Thank you so much and we look forward to your design.
I would also like to know what are the mechanical keep outs? Is it 1mm from each edge? The ground opening on either side of the type C pigtail, does it have to come in contact with the enclosure for metal grounding or something?
Hi ETEC,
Nice project, its right up my alley. I have been in PCB/PCBA design/manufacturing and enclosure design/development consulting for a while. Just had a quick tip for you, the pads on the PCB where typeC is getting soldered should be a connector for added strength as that cable is going to get yanked on all the time. You could use a ZIF connector or some right angle header connector. It is just a thought, please take it with a grain of salt.

Beverage radio cup
Base is an automotive drink cup - easy enough.
Top is screw down, with a difference - the removable top allow the user to drop in a radio into it to recharge - I have a recharger that has a square base, and I can send you a picture of it, along with photos and measurements, that sits on the desktop and I need to adapt it to a round, screw down top, that fits into the cup, as the top.
Please note the power cable in the back. Dimensions for the INSIDE of the charger for the radio to fit into are:

Make a GYM machine for Home
I'm looking for all new design of multipurpose bench Home gym machine.
Below i attached multiple images of machine that what I'm looking for but i want my design different/beyond this competitors.
There No Need to Change overall design But should be different or better say easy to portable use for customer
Some Points i am considering here which i want to be different from they
1) Total Weight of the machine should not exceed above 70KG
2) It is going to use only at home so, design should be home friendly
3) It should be easy to assemble only with single person with minimum effort + time
4)Portable So can easy move from one place to another OR fastest way to assemble and disassemble
5) Material - Alloy Steel
6)It can be use for - Flat /Incline/Decline/Lag Curl/Leg Extension/ Lat pull Down /Ground Pulley/Arm Curl / Chest press / Butterfly/Dips /Incline, Decline Flat, Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Push up, Dips, Lat Pull down, cable curl, over head press cable, triceps push down, Hanging leg raises
7) Construction must be stronger designed so can hold upto 300 kg
8) If there any more suggestion then i am open for all.
Some Exercises re-note here - Bicep Curl/Reverse Bicep Curl/Preacher Curl & Variation/ Cable Triceps Pushdown/ Lat Pulldown Wide Grip/Lat Pulldown Close Grip/ Machine Rowing/ Behind the neck lat pulldown/Cable Rope Triceps Pulldown/ Overheard Cable Rope Extension/Reverse Cable Rope Pull/ Flat Bench Press/ Incline Bench Press/ Decline Bench Press/ Reverse Triceps Curl/ Leg Extension/Leg Curl/dumbbell flies

Bring our mascot to life! 2D to 3D Design for 3D Printing
Our mascot has lived his entire life as nothing more than a 2D image on a screen. It's very sad, and it's time that changed!
We would like to render our buddy into 3D with the ability to print and assemble him with the new wave of MakerBot 2 3D printers. The output should be an SLA files we can slice and print.
The final piece will be used as promotional material and/or just something around the office.
