Hello Sir,
This is a simple but premium design with Dark Grey Matt finish with a Creamy Matt finish soft gasket cover. Body can be made-up of soft plastics, It has dual locking mechanism of Lip & Groove along with Hook which provide a good strength. Design is durable and designed with consideration of DFM. It would really helpful to have your feedback. If you need any minor modification, I am always available. I can provide you a detailed engineering drawing for this. Hope you like this.

Very simple and modern design. Cheap and easy to manufacture but amazing to look at. Assembly is a breeze.
I have supplied with .stl files as requested and images so that you know what you are getting. If you need other file formats, just let me know.
Brand name can just be stamped on top or labelled or done like in images.

@ETEC - Wondering if you did not like it? Any feedback would help, this way i can make another iteration.
Dear Sir,
Can you provide the part number of Type-c and 3.5 mm usb. Also mention the diameter of cable you are using.

Hi,
It's a very exciting project. I would like to ask for 3D data of PCB if you have.

Hi ETEC,
Can i ask what is the OD of the Auxiliary Jack?

Hi Vikas, thanks for your inquiry. CATIA should be fine if you can build a STL file from it. Thanks
Is it possible for another software like CATIA? That means I can design on CATIA software.
Thanks for the quick reply. You could also use strain relief on the cable. Basically you don't want the cable to yank out.
Hi AbhiS! Thanks for your comments, we will look into it. Regarding Mechanical keep out, within 1mm is okay on top and bottom. Thank you so much and we look forward to your design.
I would also like to know what are the mechanical keep outs? Is it 1mm from each edge? The ground opening on either side of the type C pigtail, does it have to come in contact with the enclosure for metal grounding or something?
Hi ETEC,
Nice project, its right up my alley. I have been in PCB/PCBA design/manufacturing and enclosure design/development consulting for a while. Just had a quick tip for you, the pads on the PCB where typeC is getting soldered should be a connector for added strength as that cable is going to get yanked on all the time. You could use a ZIF connector or some right angle header connector. It is just a thought, please take it with a grain of salt.

Our mascot has lived his entire life as nothing more than a 2D image on a screen. It's very sad, and it's time that changed!
We would like to render our buddy into 3D with the ability to print and assemble him with the new wave of MakerBot 2 3D printers. The output should be an SLA files we can slice and print.
The final piece will be used as promotional material and/or just something around the office.
Beverage radio cup
Base is an automotive drink cup - easy enough.
Top is screw down, with a difference - the removable top allow the user to drop in a radio into it to recharge - I have a recharger that has a square base, and I can send you a picture of it, along with photos and measurements, that sits on the desktop and I need to adapt it to a round, screw down top, that fits into the cup, as the top.
Please note the power cable in the back. Dimensions for the INSIDE of the charger for the radio to fit into are:

Hello, I would like to see about getting a photorealistic drawing of the attachment. I would like to have my own face as each person with different clothing.
Enclosure for small wearable electronic device
I'm looking for 3D design ideas for a small electronic device that will be worn on a users belt. Eventually the chosen design will be adapted to fit electronic components and manufactured.
- Design an enclosure for a small electronic device that will be worn on a users belt
- It will need to have a robust belt clip built into the design. I am also open to the option of a removable clip if it is not a complex design.
- The main surface facing away from the users body should be flat to incorporate a built in antenna
- It needs to include a:
- Power switch/button
- Two easily accessible user buttons
- A micro USB port
- The product name (six letters long - please just use "beebee" for now) should be incorporated somewhere into the design.
- The size of the device is approximately:
Width: 45mm
Length: 80mm
Height: 10mm
Next Generation Headphones
The product you will be designing will be a headphone. Like the Dre Beats but with my own styling seen in the box below . My company would like to keep its identity private so competitors will keep clear of our business, I hope you can respect this decision. Please try your hardest and you will be rewarded.
