Your design must feel like it belongs in this brand family. * Project Overview * This part is the shower head for a baby bath product. It attaches to a flexible silicone hose and is held by an adult to rinse water gently over a baby's head and hair. It must look like a leaf, feel soft and safe in the hand, and produce a gentle, even flow of water suitable for a baby. * Design Requirements * Shape: The outer form must clearly look like a leaf. Material (outer surface): The part the user touches, and the part that touches the baby, must be silicone (or TPR). Flow rate: Low and gentle. This is for pouring water softly over a baby's head and hair, not a strong shower spray. Water outlets: The underside (the face that points down toward the baby's head) must have multiple small holes for water to flow out. Hole design: You choose the size, shape, pattern and number of holes. Your choice must: Produce a gentle, even flow across the whole face (not just in the middle) Massage bumps: Include small form scalp massage bumps, either as part of the holes or between the holes. Be easy to manufacture Hose connection: The stem must have a simple, removable, connection for the silicone hose with 10mm outer diameter (OD) / Ø6mm ID. Internal water path: Show how water travels from the hose connection, through the stem, and out through the holes. The internal shape must direct water evenly to all the holes, not just the nearest ones. Construction method: Propose ONE of the following three options, and explain why you chose it: Option A: Fully silicone (one material, one part) Option B: Rigid plastic (PP) inner structure, with a silicone outer cover Option C: Rigid plastic (PP) inner structure, with TPR (soft rubber-like plastic) overmoulded onto it Manufacturing: The design must be realistic to mould and produce at scale (injection moulding and/or silicone moulding). This is the most important requirement. A design that looks good but cannot be manufactured correctly will not be selected. Safety: No sharp edges or small detachable parts. This product is used near a baby's face. ** What to Submit ** Please provide: 3D concept visuals of the leaf head (a few angles, including the top/leaf side and the underside with the holes) An exploded view of the parts that you propose, in draft format (don't worry abour drafts, assembly means, etc at this stage) A simple cross-section sketch or drawing showing the internal water path, from the hose connection to the holes Your chosen construction method (Option A, B, or C above) with one or two sentences explaining why Hole pattern detail — a close-up or zoomed view of your hole design on the underside You do not need finished engineering CAD, draft angles, or a full bill of materials at this stage.
