We want a freelance designer to create a professional title page for our company. Our old title page doesn't look very good; please refer to "Peerless Old Title Page.pdf" file (please ignore drawing details). See this screencast for notes: bit.ly/Y7Ntwa

We need the drawings produced (in imperial/metric) with these dimensions:
8"x11" (also need in metric)
11"x17" (also need in metric)
36"x24" (also need in metric)

Our logo should be included on the title block. Please see the file attachments for work details and let us if you have any questions. There is a lot more upcoming work that we may ask the best contrator to help out with in the near future.

Note: Ideally, the CAD software should be Chief Architect or in an AutoCAD format that can be imported into our software.

Assisted Living Floor Plan Animation
I have a floor plan for an Assisted Living Facility that is currently under construction. I need a floor plan animation for the purpose of marketing materials etc. Posted is a picture of two colored layouts of our individual apartments. I posted also a black and white picture of the building's layout. I would like to have the black and white layout re-made to match the colored layouts. For the building layout, it is not necessary to include details like the showers, toilets, sinks, furniture etc. Sketchup was used to build the room layouts, it is suggested to use sketchup to match them.
