Description:
Hi all, We are looking for a 3D design of electrical box, There is a plug on the box to connect EV charger cable( the side with the holes example 1) and the other side should be able to connect to the electricity plug on the wall.
There are 2 LED lights on it, one for one/off 1 for active. There is one button on the box that is called override.
We would first choose the best design and then change the colour and logo to match our preferences. The box size should not be bigger than 15x20 cm.

Wants:
Looking for a professional (looking) design rather than technical correctness
Software:

Hi, Many thanks every one for your entries, we have chosen Jacob Jose as the winner, but for some technical problem with the website I cannot choose him here, Waiting for cad crown support team to get back to us and help to finalise the contest
Hi, There have been few changes to this product and we need to change some parts, this needs to be discussed with all team involved and get confirmation from management so it can take a month or two, we will then review this with the team and they will choose the winner and also will ask for some changes (that will be paid separately of course).
So is there a chance for a winner to be chosen?
I cannot find this contest anymore.Dp you guys have any idea where we can find the payment pending contests after the closing dates?
Hi all, Thanks for all the designs, please do not submit any more design, because we need to choose a few short listed ones, and continue from there, that might take a while as we need management meeting for that.
Hi Mircea. Just wondering if you are intending to give any feedback prior to the contest ending?
Hi all, Thanks for all the entries, we have a few good design that I will take to team for the first round of feedback and get back to you.

@sherifelsheikh : The cable length and plug size are the normal EV charging cables and plugs(any type is fine)
@DRadu : the cable and the box are connected and that is the product
@Jacob Jose I can say all the component together would be at around 15x15x10 cm
@ASC : Yes because we need to add this box to the cable to change the rate of charging. You can think of any design as long as this box is fitted with the EV charging cable. We don't want this box to be fixed to the wall and we want it to be one product (cable and the box) because people need to take it with them any where they go

It will be really helpful If you can specify the space you need for the electrical components inside the box.
Hi, I understand that the maximum size is 15 x 20 cm, but what is the minimum size, base on your electric components?
What is the approximate cable length?
do u have plugs dimensions?
do u have plugs dimensions?
Hi ASC, Yes your description is true. The problem is that we want the box to be part of the cable so the owner can take it every where with them. That's why it cannot be fixed to the wall. And the cable doesn't need to be retractable, as this is a very small box. It depends on you how to solve this but one example is this design https://i.pinimg.com/736x/32/8e/30/328e30cc9eaa9ef9eae12f85e994daa3--popular-series-electric-vehicle.jpg
I do not understand the new project description. It's a box with cables coming out of both sides? Male on one side and female on the other? Is this retractable? Why even have the box in the middle? Please clarify your description.
Hi All, Unfortunately I cannot edit the project description, the final decision is that we want to replace the charging cable, so we need an EV charging cable with this secret box in the middle. so there will be no plugs on the box, and instead there will be the cables from both side.
The prize is $300 for first winner.

Hello,
About the box, will be a part of a product or will be a product itself?
Best regards,

And could you please confirm payment?
And what manufacturing process you have considered.

Design an Extraordinary Cabinet Knob or Pull
I own Knobs.co, a retail cabinet hardware site. I want to manufacture a line of unique, 3D printed cabinet hardware. This contest is for the design for one cabinet knob or pull. However, should I find a designer whose work I like, there could be far more work following. The final knobs will be produced in metal. They will need to be strong enough for daily use, stunning to look at, and capable of being screwed into a cabinet, which means they should have a threaded screw hole capable of receiving an 8-32 screw. The knob diameter can be anywhere between 1 1/4 inches and 1 1/2 inches. Also, the final piece needs to be capable of being submitted directly to Shapeways, and conform to all of their criteria for strength, wall thickness, etc. I'm not a techie, so if I have to modify anything to upload it, the knob is never going to get made.
