Minimum recommended build area 5.8m x 27m. Example (10m car park 30m building, and 10m garden and pool). -Lightening is a key, voids and internal gardens are welcomed. -mechanical ventilation are allowed; however, natural ventilation are preferred. -at least 3 bedrooms. -open kitchen -closed kitchen (external kitchen). -dinning. -one or two living rooms. -store. -small room for laundry. -room for driver/maid. -only master room with bathtub. -dressing area in the rooms. -a small living room/ a seating area in first floor/second floor. -master bedroom to have sea view.

I have villa drawing in 2D in autocad format. I need to explore the home from inside and outside in 3D walk in.

Need photometrics for interior and exterior of car dealership. Needs to be able to tell us what light levels is best and what product (LED only) you recommend for the entire dealership.

I have 2 hand drawn plans of my property that need to be converted to CAD format (DWG) as well as PDF. These are approved development plans which now need to be used to show amendments for review. I have both A4 and A3 scans available of the plans. Coloured sections on plans were used for previous approved amendments that have been completed and need to be incorporated into the CAD plan.
