i am going to submit the animated explanation of the functional mechanical lock by this monday.

and how much time after the submission of explanation video, is the prize money going to be awarded?

if you need an animated video of fully functional ratchet lock mechanism, it will take a longer time. but for now i have submitted the mechanical grabber with mechanically functional ratchet locks 3d model and drawing files

come on my design from the first was with the most look alike whitht the hook the mechanism. the only thing i cant nott figure out was how was assembled part of the ratchet mechanism. but with all that feedback im shure that @ms12shah will do the work. with that last picture http://www.brianscottengineering.co.uk/images/Attachment/Block%20Grabs/block-grab-main-04.jpg
it will be very easy to understand and model it.

m12shah, please understand that i do not need photocopy of the design that was shown in the link's picture. I need a rachet lock that should work mechanically because i need to fabricate this physically and if it doesnt work then it is a failure for me and my time will be wasted. Kindly submit an animation of the working racket lock with a gear incorporated

ok , i got it, the hook is part of that locking mechanism. my next design will integrate all things together.

But why the lock is not acceptable,this type of lock is a simpler form of ratchet is widely available in market.I just fabricated it with simplycity.

Actually sir time was too less to understand the mechanism and integrate it into the model, that,s why i did not do it. if you need i can integrate it into design now.

Hello, im startying with cadcrowd but i have A LOT experiene in mechanical and machine Design for this kind of aplicattion. i can do the work, and include all the FABRICATION DRAWING with all the specifications needed, unfortunatly due to my currently workload i can not will start it until 16 sept 2016 (today 14 sept 2016). the work will be done in 1 day of work. but i will not do the Fabrication Drawing until have presented the 3D concept and had your approval so this waywe do not inves too much time in previous drawings. if you agree in all of this ill start with te concept as soon i can on 16 sep 2013

Yes you may but submit shop/fabrication drawings with it
