Alfred's Mic's Design Contest

Contest Closed
Description:
Alfred's Microphones wants to create the worlds first Modular Microphone.

The goal is to create a condenser microphone with interchangeable capsules and circuitry for different studio recording applications.

Design requirements:

1. Capsule/ head piece must be removable.
2. Circuitry must be removable.
3. All removable parts must be easy and quick to assemble.
3. All removable components must be lockable onto the microphone body for stability and durability.
4. standard male XLR connection for base
5.Circuitry isn't being designed here, just the process to easily interchange the interior circuitry and head piece/capsule without any rewiring involved for the microphone user.
Wants:
Alfred's microphones is a company that believes in customizability and ease of use with it's customers.
Everything should be hassle-free, and intuitive to use. Esthetically I would prefer the microphones to have a vintage, 1920's American design structure.
Black and white colors are used for the Alfred's Mic's Logo.
Simplicity and smooth design is preferred over all else.

I recommend starting with the structure of a Neumann U87i design and reverse engineer from there.
Don't Wants:
No electrical designing necessary, otherwise the sky is the limit.
I also don't care which software you use to do it.
Software:
  1. 3D Studio Max
  2. Adobe Illustrator
  3. Autodesk Inventor
  4. Creo

#4 Alfred's Mic's Version 2 by Clementina Francisco
This is another version, sleek and simple. I would like to add the logo but I need more information about it, how does it looks like, or at least the shape that you prefer for placing it. FYI the body, upper and lower ring have their respective internal/external threads for assembly

#3 Microphone Version 1 by RyanB
Here is a base design with exploded view to understand assembly and manufacturing. The white space is where the logo will be wrapped around the part. Materials as a whole have not been defined I haven't done the necessary research, If the design is chosen I will relay to you all the intimate details. Everything is interchangeable with no rewiring required only plug-ins. Let me know what you think looking forward to your response.

#1 Alfred's Mic's by Clementina Francisco
This is design is inspired by the Neumann U87i microphone as you request it with a vintage look, all parts are easy and quick to assemble, the only thing I’m missing is the logo, if you attach it I can put it in the red ellipse.

Hello there.
This is very interesting task. However not being directly connected to your industry it is quite difficult to imagine what exactly you mean.
Would you please provide following:
1. Your web site in order to see what your previous microphones are.
2. Inspirational pictures.
3. The types of microphones you wish to see in a range of modular microphone system.
4. Show what circuitry looks like
5. Alfred's Mic's Logo
Thank you in advance.
Anton.

300 sqm 3D floorplan sketch
I have a land and I'm planning to make a 4 floor building for a residential purpose . The design should be a modern style apartment .the land size is 700 sqm but the allowed space for building is 300 sqm . I need to see 2 different designs as this : First design : The floor should consists of 2 apartments , first apartment to have 3 bedroom and the second apartment to have 2 bedroom . Both apartments must have at least 1 master bedroom , a living room and a hall with setting and dining area . I suggest the size to be 170 for the 3 bedroom and 130 for the 2 bedroom . There should be built in wardrobes . Second Design : Should consist of 2 apartments , first apartment to be a 3 bedroom apartment with all masters and a small clothing room in one of the master rooms. it should have also a big hall , living and children playing room if possible . The size of the apartment should not exceed 230 - 240 sqm . The other studio apartment should not exceed 60-70 sqm . I have attached 3d designs that I really liked but it doesn't fit my land plan . I also have attached an autocad floorplan that has been mad by one of the local designers but it didn't meet my expectations but I attached it for your understanding . Please note that the ground floor apartments should have 2 Entrance , one entrance is the Main stairs entrance that leads to other top floors and the elevator and the other one is a side entrance for each apartment in the ground level . You may notice that the setback area is shown in one of the designs attached which should be mined .

3D design for a lovely four-leafs clover keyholder
I am looking for a model of a four-leafs clover key holder that would just make me and anyone else fall in love with. If selected it would be an exclusive design. I just need the design of the clover (not the keyring, chain, etc.). I have something very specific in mind. Of course, should be so that it can be realistically produced (technical characteristic of the design - not necessarily the file/program yet). I am looking for something kind of full body, rounded shapes, if leafs kind of remind of a hearth even better, but not main. It really just should look: that's the one. I am attaching a pic of similar objects, just to give you a sense of the full body, roundness ...
Cottage Lake House Porch Addition
We have a lovely cottage lakehouse that is lacking a covered back porch. The house appears very flat and it needs character. We will only cover the back from windows 1 to 3 to include the glass door. The remaining two windows to the left will not be covered. The porch should extend the length of the deck and follow the line of the deck as it is right on the property line. We can either go through the planters or move them if we need to. The planters allow for a set back of 22 to 24 inches to allow for a proper eave. I have a contractor that can build from sight or plans. Must have metal roof. I will attach a few photos of porches that I like to the last two spots.
