Interchangeable frisbee disc design
Hello,
Looking for a qualified individual to draft a CAD design for a disc golf disc aka frisbee disc that has a standard center core that can be screwed into exchangeable outer rims. The design must be within specs that I have outlined and feature an air tight interlocking design that will not come loose when the disc is thrown or hits an object. Production of this item would be injection molded with TPE.
Minimalist Aluminum iPhone Bumper with Integrated "Male Rail" System
1. Product Overview I am developing a minimalist, CNC-machined aluminum bumper case for the iPhone [Insert Model]. The core differentiator is a functional "Male Rail" system integrated into the side walls, allowing modular accessories to slide on and lock into place.
2. Design Constraints & Aesthetic
Material: 6061 Aluminum (Bead-blasted Anodized Black).
Aesthetic: "Negative Space." Maximum exposure of the phone's back glass. The design should feel sleek and organic, utilizing G2 continuous curvature to blend the mechanical features into a smooth hand-feel.
Assembly: Split-Frame Construction. The case should consist of a main chassis (sides) and separate cap components (top/bottom) that lock together using small, exposed Torx screws.
Crucial Note: The split lines must NOT interrupt the vertical side rails. The rails must be continuous.
3. The Rail System (Critical Feature)
Type: Continuous Male Rail (protrusion) running along the vertical sides.
Profile: A modified Dovetail or T-Profile. *
Function: It must allow accessories to slide vertically. The rail must feature "detent notches" (machined divots) at specific intervals for locking.
Comfort: The exposed edges of the rail must be heavily filleted (rounded). When no accessory is attached, the rail should feel like a smooth ergonomic ridge, not a sharp mechanical bracket.
4. The Accessory Mechanism
System Logic: The case is "Passive" (rigid metal). The accessory is "Active" (contains the moving parts).
Requirement: Design a "Test Block" accessory (20mm x 20mm) that slides onto the rail. This block must feature a spring-loaded button or latch that engages with the notches on the case rail to lock it in position.
5. Protection & Tolerance
Camera: A rigid, integrated metal bezel surrounding the camera bump.
Internal Lining: Design must account for 0.5mm internal clearance for silicone/poron foam padding to prevent metal-on-glass contact.
6. Reference Inspiration
Aesthetic: Arc Pulse (for minimalism/coverage).
Mechanism: Nintendo Switch Joy-Con Rails (for the slide action).
Assembly: Element Case Vapor (for the corner screw details).
Electric Bycyle
A dynamic model for the performance and environmental analysis
of an innovative e-bike The design should describes a performance and environmental analysis of an innovative e-bike by means of a dynamic model equipped with a suitable control for the management of the assisted drive of the e-bike.The main advantage of this approach should consists of the opportunity to simulate different tracks, e-bikes characterized by different
parameters (total mass, wheels moment of inertia) and different control strategies.
Rotary Filling Machine
I would like to purchase a full CAD of a rotary filling machine of at least 12 nozzles. I need to know if you have experience in the field. I am wondering if you have a ready CAD that will enable us to speed up the process.
Non-Electric Nail File
We are working on developing a nail file. The file will interchangeably use different grits of sandpaper. Attached below is a wood file that will act as a template for your file design. However, there are a few changes that must be made.
1. Our file is going to be single-sided, so the securement method must allow for this. The wood file uses a small wheel that tightens the metal arms to keep the sandpaper in place on both sides of the file, so your design must allow for the sandpaper to be secured at the top and bottom of one side only.
2. Measurements: These measurements can be slightly adjusted to accommodate a good design but it should be close.
File length (Not including handle): 4 in
File Width: 1 in (I want to use 1 inch sandpaper, so the total width with the rounded edges will slightly exceed 1 inch and that is fine).
File Thickness 1 cm (The thickness should be consistent and should not taper thinner at the tip like the attached wood file does)
3. The side edges of the file need to be rounded and slightly raised (.25-.5cm raised). The raised edges will allow the user to hold the file from the sides (similar to how you hold a smartphone) so there needs to be some form of added grip to the rounded side edges of the file. The second picture shows how the file will be held from the side, so the design should incorporate this type of position.
The securement method does not have to mirror the wood file. If you have a better design that will hold the sandpaper very securely but is also easy to use/can tolerate a lot of use, this will give you a huge boost in the rankings.
